Cancellation Policy

Bookings made online require a cancellation to be done online. Please provide at least 36 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 100% fee.

If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other patients; however, you will still be charged the full fee amount.
