Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee.

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged a 100% fee.

If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other patients; however, you will still be charged the full fee amount.
