We process your information under the contract to deliver osteopathy healthcare services, with the legal obligation to maintain clinical records in accordance with GOsC guidelines and to obtain Consent when sharing or requesting information with other healthcare providers.
4. Data Storage & Security
Digital records are password-protected. Adult patient records are kept for 8 years after your last appointment. Records for children are kept until they reach the age of 25.
